Summary: Madeline and the girls reunite with their old friend Sugar Dimples ("Madeline in Hollywood") when they find her working on a new film in France. The director of the film is having a hard time finding a suitable location for shooting and so the girls invite Sugar to stay at the house covered in vines while things get straightened out. There, she learns about a tea party that the girls and Miss Clavel are holding in honor of Lord Cucuface. Bored with their simple party plans, she suggests an extravagant party like the one's she attends in Hollywood. It'll have rainbow cake as tall as the house, monkeys, a live carousel ride and more. At first, the party is a big hit, but things unravel fast when Lord Cucuface starts sneezing due to an allergy. It's then that Sugar learns that a simple party can be quite nice as long as you have good company.… Expand
