Summary: Lois is still in love with Deter, and even with her return to the Daily Planet, he doesn't tell her anything about her relationship with Clark. Meanwhile, Bad Brain Johnson's little brother Herkimer has created a machine that makes people obey his commands, and hopes to use it to impress his mother, who considers him greatly inferior to hisLois is still in love with Deter, and even with her return to the Daily Planet, he doesn't tell her anything about her relationship with Clark. Meanwhile, Bad Brain Johnson's little brother Herkimer has created a machine that makes people obey his commands, and hopes to use it to impress his mother, who considers him greatly inferior to his dead brother. Pushed to the limit by Deter's tactics, Clark finally tells Lois that he loves her. Lois refuses to accept it, and Deter uses her confusion to convince her to run away with him to the south of France. Just as Perry tries to prevent her from leaving with the cad, Herkimer's machine begins to work and Lois remembers her relationship with Superman only. When Deter and Lois try to stop Herkimer with the machine, they suffer effects from the machine, and in this confusion Lois finally remembers the rest of her life, including her love for Clark. … Expand
