Summary: A new truant officer has just moved into the neighborhood, and he has a pretty daughter. Spanky and Alfalfa both manage to get themselves into the house to charm the daughter, but spend most of the time trying to outdo each other. They end up hanging from a curtain rod in a chin-up contest.
