    Loosely based on the life of Dr. Bill Cosby, Little Bill Glover is the story of a young five year old mad scientist who concocts secrets potions he makes in his basement home lab, which he gives to unsuspecting female subjects at his school, falling into an amnesic state that make them forget all the experiments conducted upon them by Little Bill in the Janitors closet. At the end of theLoosely based on the life of Dr. Bill Cosby, Little Bill Glover is the story of a young five year old mad scientist who concocts secrets potions he makes in his basement home lab, which he gives to unsuspecting female subjects at his school, falling into an amnesic state that make them forget all the experiments conducted upon them by Little Bill in the Janitors closet. At the end of the show, Little Bill usually addresses the audience, recapping his experiments and what he learned from his test subjects, prompting one of his other family members to ask, "Little Bill, who are you talking to?"
