Summary: After Edward Langtry's death Lillie marries a man twenty years her junior. Their open marriage shocks many people. The theft of her jewels makes it necessary for Lillie to return to the stage. When the newly-married Jeanne Marie discovers the truth about her real father, she refuses to see her mother again.
