Summary:
During an examination of a painful phimosis, Frank learns that the doctor both he and Mia uses thinks Mia is 'a nice girl'. Mia don't see the problem, but Frank insists on being present at Mia's next visit to the doctor. Frank's dad arrives, and Frank has to help him with a peculiar problem.
