Summary: Zed and Roia get back from Neotopia and they wait the council's decision on what will happen to them because of what they did in Neotopia. Jiko shows up and tells the council he will go talk to Hiram. In Neotopia Jiko and Hiram talk and Jiko tries to persuade Hiram to let Zed and Roia go. Hiram refuses saying Zed needs to be controled.Zed and Roia get back from Neotopia and they wait the council's decision on what will happen to them because of what they did in Neotopia.
