Summary: Skip and Cooper are involved in a criminal case involving a woman named Nadine Abbot who is suing her plastic surgeon, Dr. Steven Benson as her tummy tuck surgery went horribly wrong. The surgery left her paralyzed from the waist down. Cooper hopes to settle the malpractice suit out of court believing that they'll get a large settlement.Skip and Cooper are involved in a criminal case involving a woman named Nadine Abbot who is suing her plastic surgeon, Dr. Steven Benson as her tummy tuck surgery went horribly wrong. The surgery left her paralyzed from the waist down. Cooper hopes to settle the malpractice suit out of court believing that they'll get a large settlement. Skip and Cooper try to prove their case as opposing counsel reveals that Nadine did leave a few minor medical details hidden before her surgical procedure--- pages of discovery documents and expert witnesses has damaging testimony on their client. Skip also enlists the help from his friend Kate, who works for the defense's firm. But that may not be the case as evidence later uncovers that Dr. Benson may have been intoxicated while performing the surgical procedure.… Expand
