Summary: “Hurricane Hustlers” week continues on the next JUDGE ALEX. Crystal, a Katrina evacuee says she was ready to buy a car with the money FEMA gave her, but she had no driver’s license. That’s when Crystal says she and Timothy entered into a verbal agreement and he offered to buy her a car in his name if she loaned him money to buy a truck for“Hurricane Hustlers” week continues on the next JUDGE ALEX. Crystal, a Katrina evacuee says she was ready to buy a car with the money FEMA gave her, but she had no driver’s license. That’s when Crystal says she and Timothy entered into a verbal agreement and he offered to buy her a car in his name if she loaned him money to buy a truck for his detailing business.
