Summary: First up is Cathy Smith, a grandmother who owns the world's smallest cat. Billy gets it, and we see Mr. Peebles. Next we meet Brandon Jerwa, who was a model for the G.I. Joe doll. But Billy again comes through. Finally Krandall Newton appears, and he draws people's butts. He also stumps the panel before drawing Jermaine's backside.
