Summary: Week 16 and the 1985 regular season has now ended, and the Chicago Bears go into the postseason on a high note after defeating the Detroit Lions 37-17, and New England and Miami also went in with victories. The three teams in the AFC with byes next week are the Miami Dolphins, the Cleveland Browns, and the Los Angeles Raiders.
