Summary: Director Carvin Eison examines events that took place in July of 1964. In Rochester, New York, racial tensions grew to the breaking point during one summer. Once a progressive town, Rochester became the scene for riots that hinted at much deeper societal problems. Eison includes archival footage of the historical events.
