Robinson is a master of embarrassment. His sketches tend to focus on two types of characters: people who tell small lies that grow larger and more obvious as they refuse to come clean, and people who are too irrational, confused or stubborn to understand what’s happening--or refuse to understand because that would require admitting their own ignorance. This might sound like typical cringe comedy turf, but Robinson keeps it fresh by extending ideas behind all bounds of logic. Read full review

In eight absurdist episodes, Robinson and a collection of guest performers (including Will Forte, Vanessa Bayer, Tim Heidecker, Sam Richardson, and many other very funny people) ruin parties, befoul bathrooms, disgrace funerals, post inappropriately on Instagram, and make their co-workers miserable. Never heard of this guy . I wanted to laugh so I watched an episode. I laughed, i loved it, i binge watched every episode and now I want more. 15 min episodes rated r comedy i loved it.

At only 2 hours this immensely bingable sketch show debuts a new voice in comedy that changes the way you look at comedy itself.

There are some brilliant sketches in here, don't get me wrong... there were just so many that weren't on the same level as others. Cringe overshadowed the comedy. I'd say its worth a watch (especially the first few episodes) but your enjoyment will heavily rely on your type of humor.

Like many sketch shows I think You Should Leave can be very hit or miss. I don't think it is quite consistent enough to really rank amongst the greats. However, due to each episode's short running time, it never really feels like a drag. There were some sketches that were pretty good - usually the shorter ones. The problem here is the unwillingness for a sketch to switch directions for comedy's sake and hoping that hammering a joke into the ground will carry it. If you see Tim Robinson in a sketch you can be sure that he is out of his mind and everyone else is playing the straight man. There's a lot of bathroom humor which ranges from funny to "ok, we get it." Tim is probably a funny guy but he needs more collaborators to help him rewrite and revise the clunkiness of this almost-functioning sketch show.… Expand
