Summary: Lucy's household accounts are once again out of order and after having their phone and electricity shut off for non-payment, Ricky hires a business manager for the house. Lucy tries, unsuccessfully, to get money out of the man, but he refuses, so she starts a little shopping business of her own and is rolling in the dough.
