Summary:
Wayne makes police equipment for the Chief. Jake is running to be chief for another two years is reluctant, and won't listen the rest of the family. The family are at a community service, serving meals where the people protest and the cook quits. Also, a jewel thiefs ties the family up. Wayne goes after Jack to warn him and save his family.
