Summary: Alex remained in turmoil as he tried to deal with the aftermath of Ash's rape allegation. After going to the police Ash had managed to grab the attention of the local papers. Alex feared that his business would suffer with his reputation lying in tatters. He was relieved when his father arrived and hoped for some moral support, but when the old man makes it clear that he wasn't convinced of Alex's innocence, he felt defeated and alone.Jenny was determined to show Gareth that she was getting on with her life. Her over-exuberance got the better of her, however, when she detected an intruder at the apartment and hit him over the head - only to discover that it was Gareth. Desperately trying to get rid of what she thought was a dead body, she threw it into the back of Ben's car only to be jolted back to reality when Gareth woke up. As the pair reminisced about their shared past they began to build bridges and looked towards a more amicable future. But after picking up a distressed message from Jenny, Alex was convinced that she was in trouble. When he caught her with Gareth he saw red and lashed out. Gareth was furious, announcing that he was going to be a witness for Ash in the rape case, leaving Jenny to question where her loyalties lay.Nathan relished his power as he realized that Ally needed him to help out with Alex's case. He took great delight in watching her squirm and was determined to make her grovel. On accepting the case he went round to see Alex, but instead found Lisa in an inviting pose as she waited for Ben. Anticipating Ben's arrival, a blindfolded Lisa was oblivious to Nathan's amorous advances, and using this to his advantage he kissed her. Later that evening Lisa undertook her first driving job for Alex, only to be confronted with Nathan as a passenger. Accompanied by his friends they headed for the casino and as Lisa joined them for a fun filled evening she began to warm to Nathan.… Expand
