Nov 1, 2020I haven't read the comics but this was boring. Something between The Exorcist, Constantine, and Supernatural, but those are better.

Dec 30, 2020Nothing like the comics I remember - even the new ones. Also not very entertaining. A completely forgettable show. I've heard it's been cancelled. Not surprised.

It’s more creepy than scary and the first episode does nothing to make us want to watch and find more of those scares. ... Helstrom was slow-moving and dull, and is more interested in brooding dialogue than actual scares.
