Summary: The remaining three aspiring chefs are presented with a challenge that requires them to each create a dish from a different country. Each chef prepares a fantastic dish, but one chef forgets to bring up a key ingredient, causing them to lose the challenge. Another chef wins, despite never having made a dish from that country before. The victor is treated to lunch made by three renowned chefs representing countries from around the world, while the losers are made to prepare both the dining room and the kitchen for service. At service, each of the chefs are given an opportunity to run the hot plate and face quality control tests. All three struggle with various challenges, but the service is completed successfully. In the end, two chefs advance to the final, but are told that their day isn't over and are sent off to get ready for another challenge.… Expand
