Summary: Michael Webster always seems to be getting into trouble, and he knows why: his bratty, little sister, Tara, who seems to have no problem getting his parents to believe whatever she says. Michael's Dad order's a grandfather clock, and tells the family that he was told by the shopkeeper that there is an error on the clock.
