GMDDS is a gleefully subversive animated show that can hold its own against anything Fox has ever aired on a Sunday night. Part of a short-lived effort from Nick-At-Night to produce programs that would appeal to the parents of its daytime audience, the network shot itself in the foot TWICE with this program. First was the bizarre insistence in adding a laugh track to the first few episodes. While the track was quickly scrapped after critics savaged it, the program had already acquired the reputation of "that claymation show with the laugh track." Another misstep was aggressively marketing the show to the pre-tween viewers of SpongeBob. When parents got a look at what their kids were watching, they went ballistic.

    This review contains spoilers, click full review link to view. its a great show, funny jokes, dont get why some people criticize the animation, although it could go without that damn dog, aside from that the only people that dont like it ( or obnoxiously complain for that matter) are these over protective parents that dont recognize pure and simple comedy with an edge.… Full Review »

    The humour is ok but the plots are weak and sometimes boring and pointless.
