It lacks even the quality of being unintentionally amusing, because everyone involved knows what the game is: Even the fakery is, on one level, faked.
-
The screenplay seems more likely to have been transcribed by those guys with the plot dreamed up by an imaginative child or a drunken fanboy. Visually, the film is poorly directed sometimes to a point of such incoherence that it's not always clear what's going on, who's talking, etc. And the ending is laughably awkward.
-
Ghost Shark never approaches the laughably bad stage, settling for just plain ol’ bad.
-
You don’t ask for much logic from these Syfy schlockfests, but the story pretty much dog-paddles for two hours until its inevitable conclusion.
-
It’s always worth taking a shot at a shark movie. Ghost Shark just needed to be thrown back.
-
It's dreadful.
