Jan 7, 2015Unwatchably awful mess. Derivative ("Princess Bride"), with not even a modicum of charm and "characters" instead of character, this disaster seems to aim no higher than Mel Brooks at-his-worst ("Men In Tights"), and doesn't even succeed at that.

Jan 17, 2015i've been watching for 15 minutes and i still can't decide if this show is being ironic or not. i think i would think it even more awful if it were trying to be ironic because it's not even a little funny or entertaining. however if it was being purposefully bad at being ironic than that would be both funny and ironic.

Jan 10, 2015If you're a tween who like to sing along with the TV shows, this one is for you.
The acting was far too over the top to be convincing.
It became less than enjoyable to watch. -

Jan 11, 2015Fans of Monty python might enjoy this series, but I for one could not get past the first 5 minutes of the first episode. This show lacks taste, intelligence and more so real humour.

Galavant is perhaps most watchable thanks to the fact that there isn't anything like it on TV right now, and likely never will be replicated. Beyond that, it's silly but fun--rare enough in this world.
-
TV audiences may not have known they needed a small-screen equivalent of Spamalot--and the network may not really know what to do with it--but Galavant turns out to be completely winning in all its cheesy glory.

Galavant is extremely silly--but at least it knows it’s silly.
