Summary: Fred the Ferry is having trouble docking at a pier filled with waiting passengers. The wind is blowing a gale, the water current is nasty and he just can't seem to inch any closer. A pelican named Pete sees Fred in trouble and comes to his rescue by pulling him in with a rope. They are good friends from then on.
