Summary: Thoma pursues Helga into the Zone. When Thoma finds Helga, he begins to stress all the pain upon his heart and how he can not forgive himself. He then reverts to Ses, and reveals all of what happened when she left Greecia. After Ses/Thoma reveals his feelings, he feels that the only way the atone for his sin, is to pass off into the Zone.Thoma pursues Helga into the Zone. When Thoma finds Helga, he begins to stress all the pain upon his heart and how he can not forgive himself. He then reverts to Ses, and reveals all of what happened when she left Greecia. After Ses/Thoma reveals his feelings, he feels that the only way the atone for his sin, is to pass off into the Zone. Tina follows him, trying to dissuade him, for not only Ses, but Thomas as well would go; Tina/ Helga stresses that Thoma is not only Ses, but he is also his own person and deserves his own life to live. Helga then becomes Tina, and comforts Ses, and with both Ses and Tina put to rest, Thoma and Helga return to the living.
On earth, Duma plans to take his fathers body and the ship and return to space, where he plans to place himself in a state of suspended animation alongside Tina's body. As for the Befort children, they decide to live their newest incarnations to the fullest.
Later into the future, Helga is hanging clothes outside an orphanage, and a traveler comes seeking a glass of water. Helga notices on his arm, there's a birthmark that resembles a Grecian name. Helga reminisces about the birth mark, as he explains hes had it since birth. She gives him a relieved look as they both subconsciously knew what it meant to them. … Expand
