Summary: In this episode Friday and Smith must find a perpetrator who has a fetish with handcuffs. The detectives must use the only similarity they can find that links the crimes together: the victims being handcuffed to an object after they are robbed. Both Friday and Smith are determined to find the perpetrator using any means possible.
