Summary: Dr. Rey meets a tattooed body-piercing expert with a detached earlobe who comes to him looking for a little closure. Next, we meet identical twins who would like to Dr. Li to give them a new look, in tandem. Then we head home to see Dr. Li and Dr. Fulcher with baby Max, and we spend some quality time with the Reys and their new dog.
