Will goes through Arianna's purse, but he's then caught by Gabi. Rafe asks E.J. what he's doing in his sister's hospital room. Vivian tells Victor he doesn't deserve someone like Maggie in his life. Kinsey offers to take Syndey to the pumpkin patch for Caroline. Arianna encounters some cardiac arrest and Dr. Walters asks Rafe and E.J. to leave the room. Nicole runs into Kinsey who has Sydney in her arms. Victor tells Maggie that he wants her to leave and never come back which pleases Vivian very much. Will tries once again to look for Arianna's camera, but sees that it's not in there. Lexie has to break up a fight between E.J. and Rafe, E.J. then cautions Rafe that if either Sami or Will shot him then they won't know what's coming to them.
