    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Tiveram preguiça de adicionar novos personagens adolescentes fortes o suficiente pra ter uma concorrência, ai fizeram o Kenny ficar forte DO NADA ao ponto de conseguir vencer facilmente os protagonistas adolescentes.
    Robby não ganhou do falcão mesmo com o Silver comprando o juiz do torneio, então como que o Kenny conseguiu ganhar? no final ainda colocaram o Kyler indo enfrentar o falcão, como se eles estivessem no mesmo nível.

    No lado dos adultos, também foi horrível, no começo precisou do Johnny e do Chozen pra vencerem um figurante e o Daniel não conseguiu fazer nada contra o Silver, ai no final, temos Johnny enfrentando uns 5 sensei's de uma vez só e o Daniel ganhando facilmente do Silver, como que eles evoluíram tanto sem treinar? pois a todo momento eles estavam focados em ajudar as crianças.

    Mas sem duvida o mais frustrante disso tudo, foi pegarem um personagem sem carisma (Kenny) vencendo do melhor personagem da série (falcão)

    Eu como fã da série estou MUITO DECEPCIONADO e espero que na próxima temporada voltem a dar desenvolvimento ao falcão e também aos outros personagens, não apenas aos protagonistas.    … Expand

    The escalation and absurdism was just too much. I swear I feel that contemplating this series any more will just result in a mental breakdown

    When Cobra Kai really clicks is when the nostalgia factor is balanced by the interactions of the current group of kids. That balance is certainly out of whack in the first two episodes, but it’s something we hope gets restored later in the season.

    Crossing the streams with its sequels, the fifth season of "Cobra Kai" features heavy dollops of the second and third "The Karate Kid" movies while continue to carve out its own next-generation melodrama, all in extraordinarily nimble fashion. While it's not the best series on TV (OK, Netflix), there should be some kind of prize for the best revival culled from limited source material.

    You have to embrace the cheese in “Cobra Kai” because that’s half the fun. And to be clear, the show is enormous fun.
