Summary: The supposed "Phantom" from the previous year returns and begins some jewelry thefts.  With a stunt show in town, this raises some questions.  Ponch is seriously injured while pursuing the thief, sending Jon on a mission to avenge the incident, and trying to convince a reluctant Getraer to unleash the Supercycle.
