Joe and Jana would like their very plain bedroom turned into something more stylish.

Anthony and Jill would like their bathroom changed. Since Anthony wrote into Changing Rooms, he went climbing in Alaska, got frost bite and cannot use his hands. So, Anthony's brother, James helps the team out.

Anna Ryder Richardson will give her designer's touched in Joe and Jana's bedroom. They start by taking up the carpet and discover a very interesting and unique floor underneath. Anna reveals the room's colors - creamy yellow and a bright rich red. They use a wig head and mudrock to create some sculptures for the room to add to the roman neo-classical look they are attempting to create. Andy will create a new bed for the room; Anna would like it to resemble an old boat that will go with the era. Once Andy finishes the bed, they do a flogging paint effect on it.

Graham Wynne will tackle Changing Rooms' first bathroom. The paint chosen is a dark terra cotta and a midnight blue. They put a picture rail around the top of the room to lower the look of the ceiling. They place a grass bamboo matting on the lower half of the walls and paint the upper part of the wall white. They order a round shower rail from the local blacksmith and then discover they need a 12mm drill bit for it and don't have one. Graham panics a bit, then goes running around to the neighbors and eventually finds one. Jana had a painting for the room, but Graham doesn't like it, so he wiggles out of using it.
