Next door at the Ambulance Station, paramedic Trish and ambulance technician Jackie would also like to come back to something much warmer and doesn't look like a waiting room.
Anna Ryder Richardson is in ambulance station with the blokes. Anna's first reveal is a nice purple. She'll then combine it with a lighter shade of the same color. The last color is a very loud and vibrant pink that will go with the existing chairs in the room. Anna is using a bit of a new treatment. She will be masking off an area of the walls and painting it with a special paint that will attract magnets. She will then paint another coat of the original wall paint over that, then do magnet art in the area. Anna has two stools and has Carol make them look like paracetamols (?). Carol says it's the hardest thing she's ever done for the show. Anna has apparently decided on a medical theme for the paramedics room. She puts stripes on the walls to look like a heart monitor.. a flatlined one though. On the second day, Anna puts the lads down in front of two sewing machines. Anna and Mick go to a fish store to get two fish for the room. Anna creates some art work with metal mirrored-ish squares.

Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen is in the fire station with the ladies. The ladies's brief was for a gentlemen's club. He will be doing a bit of a wood paneling. He wants to balance the dark wood with a bright color, so he chooses a light blue. On the first day they pretty much just paint. On the second day, they continue to paint. Laurence attempted to dye some curtains green, but they turned out a dreadful brown. He enlists Carol's help with the situation. She suggests using dust sheets. Laurence creates a tapestry by painting the station's coat of arms. Laurence creates art on chianti bottles that are then used as lamp bases.… Expand
