Summary: Day four of celebrity rehab finds the patients finally awakening from the painful withdrawal. Dr. Drew counsels each celebrity about the reason why they have their addictions. After days of therapy, the group is rewarded with a fishing trip. Later, it is revealed that Gary has a condition that leaves the group sympathetic.
