Wonderful escapism. Superb acting delivered by the cast. The lead actors can just stand there with emotions in their eyes and then you'll just get it. Excited for season 2.

Such a good one from Shondaland. It combined period and modern elements which really worked. I laughed, cried, and I can't wait to see what scandals we have next season.

this show was unexpectedly great. I enjoyed every minuet of it. the costumes, script characters and plot were all executed perfectly. nothing is neglected in this high budget production. although it is romantic it has things for everyone.this show was unexpectedly great. Bridgerton is a breath of fresh air. I love the diverse class and the lack of prejudice. Of course, there are the "haves" and the "have nots" but Season 2 has already hinted at a possible romance between a Bridgerton and someone none ofBridgerton is a breath of fresh air. I love the character development, surprises, and the touch Shonda puts on characters.

Season 1 is a fresh, charming and modern take on what really boils down to "pretty rich people falling in love". But it's fun, well-produced, engaging and well-paced. It doesn't take itself too seriously, and neither should the audience.Season 1 is a fresh, charming and modern take on what really boils down to "pretty rich people falling in love". But it's fun, well-produced, engaging and well-paced. It doesn't take itself too seriously, and neither should the audience.

Season 2 tries to be more of the same, but is let down by less interesting characters, a meandering plot and a lack of real stakes or drama. It's too much like soap-opera and suffers from the same issues.

Season 1 is a solid 8, but Season 2 barely a 6.… Expand
