Summary: Ravenville has won the Best Monster Town award from the Spriggans Society. Everyone in Ravenville (except for Brady, Virgil and the town’s monsters) are delighted by the prize, and proceed to line up to collect their trophies – a strange gold medallion distributed by a Spriggan. Everyone in Ravenville (except for Brady, Virgil and the town’s monsters) are delighted by the prize, and proceed to line up to collect their trophies – a strange gold medallion distributed by a Spriggan. Shortly after, the town’s humans gradually transform into mutants so terrifyingly nasty that even the town’s real monsters are scared. Brady immediately suspects the Spriggan is responsible. Brady and Virgil finally succeed in confronting the Spriggan, who confesses he is seeking revenge against humans because he assumes they are monster-haters. Brady and his monster friends set the Spriggan straight and explain that Ravenville humans and monsters live in harmony, so there’s no reason for this curse. The Spriggan is so overjoyed by this discovery, he wants to move to Ravenville. But first he must break the spell which has turned everyone into monsters, by removing their medallions. This task is easier said than done, but the Spriggan has many tricks up his sleeves. … Expand
