Summary: Kim tells Bob that she wants to be alone for a while. Tom and the rest of the family try their best to get Bob and Kim together. Barbara and Margo try to get Kim to forgive Bob. Bob is given advice from Casey to go and ask the woman he loves to marry him. Bob tells Kim he's going to step down as Chief of Staff at Memorial. Katie tellsKim tells Bob that she wants to be alone for a while. Tom and the rest of the family try their best to get Bob and Kim together. Barbara and Margo try to get Kim to forgive Bob.
