The anemic Animals just feels like a string of uninspired, derivative improv sketches that go on too long. Pigeons and rats deserve better than this.

Not the best show, jokes are alright some are funnier than others but overall a good watchable show that's not bad, maybe season 2 could be better Full Review »

Its dry humor is hilarious, and much more layered than at first glance, when you pay close enough attention to cross-show motifs. I love the animation style and voice work. All that said, it's definitely not for everyone. Its content is adult, and some would describe it as crass at times. Trying not to troll here, so let's just say that if you like most broadcast tv (i.e. you've enjoyed shows like CSI, The Voice, reality tv) then I doubt Animals. is for you. Full Review »

I don't understand why people have judged it so harshly. It's a great concept and you could imagine the animals actually thinking/speaking the way they do on the show. Perhaps those harsh critics are just not animal people. Full Review »
