Summary: Alice, Vera and Jolene all watch a documentary on the working conditions in other countries and soon demand the same from Mel. When Mel refuses to hear them out, Alice quits in a huff so Mel replaces her with a very efficient and popular robot named Blanche. Soon Blanche is all the rage and this prompts Jolene and Vera to also quit.
