Summary: Shortly after American Airlines Flight 191 leaves Chicago on May 25, 1979, an engine falls off of the plane. 273 people are killed in the crash, and the incident prompts the FAA to ground every DC-10 in the United States until a reason is found for the plane breaking apart.
