Boom Blox Bash Party tops the original in every way.

Fans of previous Punch-Out titles will have new obstacles to come over making it a familiar but new experience making it worthy of a purchase. Causal gamers or newcomers to the series will definitely want to rent first as the challenge may be too much in the fights later in the game.

The lack of online multiplayer really brings the score down for Pirates: Duels on the High Sea. With the repetitive gameplay in the singleplayer mode, an online multiplayer mode would really have made Pirates much more fun.

Klonoa is not only a great game remade, it's a great deal.

101 in 1 Explosive MegaMix is generally a good game but its inconsistency, along with the sore spot that the minigames are all locked from the get go, make it hard to truly recommend.

Excitebots won't appeal to anyone wanting a realistic driving simulation, but pretty much anyone else ought to be able to appreciate its refreshing take on the genre: the slick controls, the sense of speed, the microgames...everything adds up to a game that is simply addicting and a blast to play, both online and offline, and enough content to keep you coming back for more.

All in all, I found The Dark Spire to be very engrossing and enjoyable.

While its gameplay is rough around the edges and at times bland, it's adequate for mindlessly smashing thugs to get to the brilliant writing on display.

Summation: Buy if you are a fan, rent and be cautious otherwise.

If Mario Kart isn't quite your thing, give Trackmania DS a try -- it's a fairly solid, very competent racing game in its most basic form, and offers up an enjoyable if basic racing experience on a handheld.

It's very long, it's well made, and looks fantastic.

That being said, if you are a fan of the series you will definitely enjoy this game. This was the most fun I have had with a DS game in quite some time.

Mad World is bloody, vulgar, and a ridiculous amount of fun.

Boing! Docomodake DS is a solid puzzle/platforming title which has just been let down by the fact it’s painfully short. With a great premise and a good grading system, it keeps the player's interest for a decent amount of time; however, without an online multiplayer mode or a longer single player, it’s ultimately let itself down. That being said, it’s a great title and is well worth getting for puzzle/platforming fans.

If you already played the original, pass on this generally inferior version. That said, this is NOT a bad game and is worth taking a look into for those who can't play the original.

A great compilation that will remind you of why you got into video games in the first place.

While The House of the Dead: Overkill is fun single player, multiplayer skyrockets the game.

Overall this is a very enjoyable game. It is fun on its own as an arachnid and arthropod themed adventure game but is boosted with an extra story featuring recognizable and excellent voice acting.

"Big Bang Mini" really came out of nowhere and totally surprised me. What appears to be a innovative take on the vertical shooter genre then explodes into a content-rich title that is constantly changing and expanding.

NeoPets Puzzle Adventure is a game that appears to be meant for younger audiences, but thanks to a difficult learning curve and challenging AI, it's going to test even the most dedicated players.

While 8-Bit is Enough is comically not as complex a game as some of the earlier entries, it delivers non-stop laughs that the gaming community in particular -- especially those who are also Homestar fans -- will find truly humorous.

Mushroom Men: Rise of the Fungi is a decent platformer that tries a little to hard to put as many features as possible into the game and ends up over complicating itself. A few odd design and control choices hamper the moody and unique atmosphere and pales in comparison to its console counterpart.

As far as completely original ground-up third party titles made for the Wii, Mushroom Men is one of the few good titles available.

The Prince of Persia: The Fallen King is not a terrible game, but it is a very bland and mediocre 2D platformer. The touch screen controls add little to nothing to the genre and looking beyond the control scheme, you will find an incredibly boring game. The presentation values are top notch, but they feel a tad wasted on a game that could have been a lot more.

This game may not appeal to modern gamers that haven’t played any of these before, but even with the lack of arranged soundtracks and versus modes, this is a must have for fans of the series that are missing any of these games from their collection, or simply want to have them all on one disc. Short load times and smooth play control make for an enjoyable experience at a fair price.

Chrono Trigger is one of the most charming, endearing, and most fun role playing games I have ever had the pleasure of playing.

Sonic Unleashed is certainly a step forward for the Sonic franchise, with great graphics, intuitive controls, a fairly grabbing premise and great level design. Unfortunately, it’s marred by the concept of the Werehog. Sonic simply need to continue this trend of returning to it’s grass roots and before long we’ll be getting 9 and 10/10 Sonic games again.

Rune Factory 2 is packed with depth and content and offers a tremendous value for its package.
