This is a strange instance where an expansion is actually better suited for new players than returning vets.- Yahoo!

The most singularly glaring issue with Roboforge - there is absolutely NO MANUAL. What?! Yes, it's true. Sadly, you'll be completely on your own with only the skimpiest of Flash5 tutorial-introductions to guide you.- Yahoo!

Its gameplay sacrifices and slightly stale taste make it no match for "Tekken: Dark Resurrection."- Yahoo!

An entertaining and occasionally even deep role-playing experience able to stack up against classic entries in the "Final Fantasy" and "Dragon Quest" series.- Yahoo!

Root of Evil puts itself across as a lighthearted, if slightly demented, kid's game. But it can be much more challenging than such a presentation implies, and the disconnect is sometimes jarring.- Yahoo!

One part hockey, one part soccer and one part pure fantasy, Quidditch World Cup may not have the draw or the depth of Madden, but it is still plenty of fun to play.- Yahoo!

Its mysterious world, artful narrative and moving character work is the reason we play games. It’s depressing that its singular vision is hampered by the most basic video game building block — the ability to control your experience — but beneath its finicky handling and aggravating programming lies the same magical hoodoo you find in great Pixar films. It’s fitting, really, that a game this difficult to birth would be equally difficult to enjoy. But if you take the time to love it, it will love you right back.- Yahoo!

If you're a Larry fan from way back, Magna Cum Laude takes the series into a pleasing new direction. But it needs a greater variety of challenges to be more appealing.- Yahoo!

Quick bouts are enjoyable enough, but once you have your head around the novel betting structure, The Con doesn't give you enough to get your teeth into, long-term.- Yahoo!

Liberty City Stories sticks to the roots of the GTA series -- albeit to a fault. Seasoned GTA players won't find much new, but those who don't already own the game on PSP won't kick themselves for throwing down a 20-spot on this.- Yahoo!

A fun basketball title, but this isn't one of those "must-have" years, unless All-Star Weekend is something you absolutely can't live without. EA just didn't bring its "A"-game for '05.- Yahoo!

As a purchase, its replay value is a bit dubious, but for the skilled shooter, and even the casual action/adventure enthusiast, it's a terrifyingly amusing look at the world of low-budget horror flicks.- Yahoo!

Warrior's Code is better looking and sounding than the original, but it doesn't really play any differently. It's still a long slog through thousands of enemies without many distinguishing characteristics.- Yahoo!

Its more realistic graphics, short-but-helpful training videos, a nifty career mode, new multiplayer additions, and lots of other tweaks make it the best in the series thus far.- Yahoo!

In choosing to take their inspiration from such a strong game ["RollerCoaster Tycoon"], the developers have invited comparison with it, and, perhaps inevitably, it's a little wanting in that context.- Yahoo!

Sonic Rivals feels a little like a mini-game to a bigger game. We expected more content than this. The cards are utterly useless in their attempt to milk replay out of the title, and seemed thrown in at the last minute.- Yahoo!

Most games will have you shaking your head (if not cursing) at the fielding. That's a huge letdown when the pitching and batting interaction is as strong as that of MLB 2K6. Inside Edge is such a fantastic addition that fans have to see it in action.- Yahoo!
