This is a very fun, but also frustrating 2D-platformgame. It's all about figuring out puzzles, figuring out how to get to the next level. Your clone will definitely die a couple of times, but the way he smashes is very fun to look at, so you will probably not feel sorry. This videogame with more than 80 levels is definitely worth your money.- XGN

Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii feels like a sidequest of the main series: absurd at times, often reusing old content and settings in a new way. It features fan favorite madman Majima but feels less epic and wild than it could have been. Especially sailing feels more arcadey than grandiose.- XGN

Ridge Racer 3D is nice to play, and contains a lot of content. Unfortunately the game isn't really perfect. But the 3D looks good!- XGN

WWE 2K22 is a definite improvement over the last game thanks to a great gameplay flow that enhances the fights in major ways. The deep customization has taken a hit however and a few bugs and glitches also keep the game from achieving greatness.- XGN

EA Sports MMA certainly is based on a good foundation but Electronic Arts will need some more time to optimize the formula. Add another year of practice and UFC Undisputed will need to watch its championship belt.- XGN

CrossCode is a fine 2D action-RPG thanks to its challenging combat and excellent puzzles. It music and characters are also great, but the game is lacking in pacing. There are also some annoying bugs that should have been fixed.- XGN

Virtua Tennis 2009 is actually sort of a copy of Virtua Tennis 3 with some little improvements. But a game doesn't always have to be revolutionary to be a good and very entertaining, like Virtua Tennis 2009.- XGN

Just Dance 2018 is a blast to play for young and old. The newly introduced kids section brings old and new songs to the table for the smaller ones, while the rest of the game delivers a wide variety of popsongs. Every dance fan can eat their heart out.- XGN

Clash in the Clouds is a fun additive for the original game, but it’s not what Bioshock fans had hoped for. The collectors’ items in the museum are a good idea and it’s fun to look around, but this is not the DLC we were expecting.- XGN

With an infinite amount of levels, Cloudberry Kingdom delivers enough content for a lifetime. Visually it isn’t the greatest game and it can get quite repetitive, but with a split screen co-op it’s fun to play with friends on the couch.- XGN

F1 2014 offers a very strong AI and a great MyCareer-mode, plus marvelous visuals on the last-gen. Unfortunately it does not compare to next-gen games and the arcade racing seems a bit off for a F1-game.- XGN

The Callisto Protocol clearly gets its inspiration from the older Dead Space games, thanks to co-creator Glenn Schofield being the director on the game. The survival-horror action is being presented very convincing here, with nice visuals and thrilling audio design. Sadly the gameplay is more of mixed bag, with a lot of ups and downs. Whilst not being perfect, Callisto Protocol nonetheless is a fun ride that every survival-horror fan should at least put on their radar.- XGN

Guild of Dungeoneering offers a nice mixture of genres with RPG and strategy elements combined in a card game. The gameplay is challenging and elaborate, with the exception of the fighting system, which is a bit simplistic.- XGN

God Eater 2 Rage Burst offers the best experience of the whole franchise. Not only does it have an abnormal amount of customization, it is also dynamic in its story. Although the graphics are outdated, the game is still able to amaze you.- XGN

There is a lot of variation in the levels in Mighty Switch Force 2, but the game is still too short. The gameplay, however, is still brilliant and the 3D style really adds something to the game.- XGN

BioWare has listened to the feedback of its fans and brought us the Mark of the Assassin downloadable content. Fortunately this piece of extra content offers enough variety to keep it fresh. You will also find a great new member for your team, Tallis, who is voiced by femme fatale Felicia Day. Tallis is a great and welcome addition and it's a shame you can't keep her after you've finished this DLC.- XGN

Battle vs. Chess is probably the most extensive chess game out there. There are a ton of modes and the animations of the fighting chess pieces are very nice. It's just a shame that the camera is positioned poorly and there really aren't that many people playing online.- XGN

Retro City Rampage is a game that certainly has it's flaws, but if you lived through the 80's or 90's, this a game made for you. The adventure of Player is filled with references to that time period, and if words like Ninja Turtles, Mario, Contra and Batman bring back memories, you'll have great fun with Retro City Rampage.- XGN

Halo Wars 2 is a decent sequel and one of the best RTS games on a console ever made. However, the story lacks any depth and the missions are easy and repetitive. Only buy Halo Wars 2 if you are an online player, otherwise you will be disappointed.- XGN

What happens when you mix a modern variant of Space Invaders with your own music track list? Then you'll get Symphony. This colorful, but chaotic game will be a fun experience for those who like their game to random generate levels around their own music. From Chopin to Pantera to The Rolling Stones: be creative! Unfortunately, Symphony is rapidly becoming a broken record, which makes this title perfectly suited for shorter play sessions.- XGN
