The sound in Halo 2 is the best I have ever heard in any game... Each weapon has such a distinctive sound now that you know what is going on in the next room before you even get there, from the rattle of a SMG to the haunting whistling of a Hunter's beam.

Oblivion is so deep it is hard to escape its grasp. Few things keep it down, such as loading times, and a few problems with visuals and sound, but the gameplay, the most important piece is dead-on.

On the enemies, you can see individual scales shining perfectly in each light source, see through their translucent wings, and be dazzled by their massive energy attacks.

The multiplayer in Chaos Theory is incredibly addictive.

With a robust single-player mode that includes a ton of unlockables, even those who don't plan on playing online should still consider picking up this game.

If you have XBL you will enjoy yourselves for months if not YEARS to come.

If you already have the PS2 version or you can find the PS2 version for cheaper, your probably better off buying that, as the game doesn't really take much advantage of the Xbox hardware.

With a very interesting combat system as well as the ability to interact with and climb on almost everything, The Sands of Time is by far one of the most fun and memorable games in the action/adventure genre yet.

Microsoft did the impossible, not only did they put out a superior game on their first spin around the track they did it in a big way that will force every other racer hoping to compete to evolve in more ways than one.

A great game. It just has an arcadey feel to it, but I guess Sega is trying to appeal to the common user and not the hardcore football fan.

The essentials of this game are near perfect.

More than just a progression of Burnout 3, it is a full-blown experience that is loud, explosive, and filled with energy... Every turn, every depth-defying jump, and every cataclysmic crash is extremely stylized, and tons of fun.

With its rich story, inventive surroundings and characters, there is definitely just enough depth to keep you coming at least one or two more times after completing it once.

The average length of the game showcases the only real drawback to the game: its lack of substantial replay value. However, the open-ended structure, combined with the fact that every minute of the game is a satisfying experience, warrants at least a second time through.

Though it can be a bit strenuous at times, this title is definitely a blast.

It is the perfect blend of style, substance, visuals, and sound you will find on any system... but you will blow through the game very quickly, it is a bit on the easy side sometimes, and without HDTV you can’t truly experience it.

It is definitely the finest of the series, and is an achievement with the online modes, and the best looking fighter out on the market to date. It isn’t exactly for everyone though, as it can be difficult in single and multiplayer portions of the game.

Those who enjoy experimenting with every possibility in their games will find enough in Fable to keep them busy for countless hours, while gamers who appreciate more objectives and a clear sense of direction will probably burn through the story quickly and have little reason to play through a second time.

Story wise, The Two Thrones wraps up the Prince's tale with killer progression and the ending everyone has been waiting for. The game play is the best of best yet again and truly redefines the action-adventure genre of today, paving a path for greatness to come.

The gameplay represents the perfect collaboration between arcade-style fighting and boxing simulation, and will remain fun even after your career is brought to a screeching halt.

A very deep and engaging game. The AI in the game is extremely well done, almost to a point where it may be to hard for some.

Every survival horror game fan's dream. It features creepy visuals, audio, main characters you're not to sure about, and above all it will scare the crap out of you.

This game isn't for the unreal championship type of player because you will definitely need team work and the help of your buddies most of the time.

The graphics are a little better then the original but I feel they are still behind in this generation's graphics.

An experience like no other, with interesting quirks that will get you interested no matter who you are.

A game that doesn't require you to own the original, it comes complete with tons of great new additions, challenges, and visual upgrades.

It may seem like homework at first, but the game throws you into some tough situations from the start, and draws you into a military experience you've never seen in a game before.

I fear that as much as Psi-Ops was helpful for the action genre, it may actually be harmful with many games trying to use the same techniques with allowing players to have Psionic powers at their own disposal.

The addition of online multiplayer makes this the most complete entry in the franchise, yet. Being one of the few fighting games to strike a perfect blend of accessibility and depth, DOAU almost guarantees that players of all skill levels will get plenty of enjoyment out of it.

Need for Speed Most Wanted is definitely the best in the series yet. The only problem with it is you may get bored with the pattern of "races, outrun the cops, Blacklist rival, repeat."

A truly great story, amazing gameplay, wonderful graphics, and by far the best sound in any Xbox game I have ever heard, easily makes Warrior Within one of the best Xbox games ever.

Don't expect this game to be different from everything you've ever played before, but you can bet that Peter Molyneux's vision has laid a few blueprints that will contribute much to the future of gaming.

While the open-ended design certainly adds replay value to an otherwise short game, its ambitious nature ultimately kept it from attaining the status that it otherwise could have.

Despite some less-than-stellar A.I. and a simple combat system, the game does enough right to keep most people interested until completion, and it combines a pretty decent length with plenty of variety and unlockables to offer a bit of replay value in the process.

Condemned is going to stay in my 360 collection forever. It will always creep me out and Monolith did an excellent job with the game.

The targeting system for Phantom dust is quite horrible.

A great baseball game but I felt some things were unnecessary and the developers could of use some time to work on old concepts of the game like the General Manager mode.

It helps to be interested in card games, but either way the high-resolution web-cam feature might grab your attention.

06 is the same golf game you played last year with only a few updates and changes that make no real difference and keep the gameplay basically the same.

SSX On Tour uses some neat gimmicks that definitely keep you coming back for more, but also has plenty of speed and ease of use to keep you interested.

A great edition in the Mortal Kombat legacy. It has all the over the top attributes that people love about Mortal Kombat.

It has the most substance, and presentational balance so far.

Mech Assault 2: Lone Wolf's biggest downfall is the punishing method you search for games on Xbox Live, and the feeling of imbalance throughout the title.

Ghost Recon 2 completely outdoes the original Ghost Recon in every way possible. Good graphics, amazing sound and sound effects, very fun gameplay but a lacking story and campaign mode.

Defin[ite]ly a must for any MegaMan fan and if you're not th[e]n give this bundle a try to see what you've been missing.

The game is too short but for how much you put into it, you'll get a lot out of the experience.

The very best Live Arcade title to be released so far. Its simple but intuitive gameplay with have a gamer of any age hooked for quite sometime, and it was re-written the book on how to make your game original and innovative.

Otogi doesn't mess around at all. This is for hardcore gamers and it will delight a lot of those who want more of the Japanese action that can also be found in games like Ninja Gaiden, Tenchu, and Genma Onimusha.

Let's just hope a sequel is already in the works since this game delivered a pleasurable twelve hours of play.

The storyline grows stale by the end of the game but that doesn't mean it isn't enjoyable... It's a great purchase.

NBA Live 06 on Xbox feels like it is trying to go in one direction, but still stay in the same spot it has since last year.

Not only can you command them with your controller, but with your Xbox Live headset as well. Besides that, nothing much here has changed from last year's game.

For not really improving much, it doesn't feel like MTV Music Generator 3 as much as it feels like this should have been "MTV Music Generator 2."

I was just disappointed that it ended so quickly because I really enjoyed it.

Chessmaster presents an unparalleled chess experience. Though Xbox Live compatible, you will rarely ever find anyone online at all.

In reality it is just a few minor tweaks from 2005, completely updated rosters, and the fact that it says '06'.

Visually the game is very crisp, clean, and quite frankly the best-looking Live Arcade title we have seen yet.

Graphically, DDR Ultramix 2 is the best looking DDR game yet, with very cool looking menus that help personify the intensity of the title, and dancing backdrops with live captures, crazy psychedelic patterns and shapes interchanging, and nicely created cel-shaded dancers representing you.

The single player experience isn't bad and is fun while it lasts, but the multiplayer is a totally different story. Most people will probably find it to be a tad confusing, and if they do get it, won't like it simply because of how they are setup.

A fantastic title with appropriate visuals, sound, and energy. It’s a shame however that it all just seems so familiar.

The levels are very well made and include great lighting.

The game allows 200 units on the screen at one time so be prepared for mayhem at every angle. The designs of the characters are superb.

The nostalgia packed in the game is amazing, and better yet, you can unlock "Mortal Kombat II." Still, you can't help but feel the creators made this only as a 'thank you' for the hardcore rather than for everyone else to play.

The environments are detailed nicely and gorgeous. I would say that the character models have a kind of animated/cartoon feel to them.

Besides the lackluster multiplayer, the sound, visuals, mechanics, and gameplay are all very solid and exceed well over expectations in some cases.

Visually the game has a gelled look to it, with very balloony environments, that are pretty unique. The only bad thing about Mutant Storm is that it is 800 points, or ten bucks when a slightly better and similar game, Geometry Wars: Retro Evolved is 400 points, or five bucks.

The strange thing is, there is something different about this one, like it was a bit rushed, and that doesn't reward you at all.

The game overall has a sort of gloom to it that you would expect from a game based on mafia families, and while at times the visuals of the current-gen systems can show there age, for a game as big as this, it is quite impressive.

I am going to play this on Xbox Live to death.

It isn’t quite the best puzzle game out there, but if you want something completely different then it might be right up your alley.

The characters all look to be in their teenage years [which] may create some problems with die-hard Spidey fanatics.

Black holds a very well done audio and visual presentation but quickly fails in gameplay and story which drags it down to "just another" FPS.

Zuma Deluxe is a enjoyable and hearty title, and the perfect time killer.

It is a welcomed change from the other Xbox Live Arcade games, and despite the difficulty of the game in later levels in has an addictive, almost municipal quality to it.

I am still amazed that despite the game doesn't look nearly as good as it does on PC, it still looks absolutely amazing.

It has the depth that a lot of people who love the sniping weapon have been dreaming of for quite a long time. If you can get past some AI problems, find a friend to play with, and excuse the average visuals you should have plenty of fun with Sniper Elite.

The sound in the game is as solid as it will get with engines sounding different on the varying planes, and the sounds of bombs and ammo flying all around you.

A great college atmosphere topped on with some pretty solid gameplay.
