It definitely feel overpriced compared to the experience in Lair of the Shadow Broker and can easily be skipped without missing out on events that lead up to ME3. However if you are a Mass Effect 2 junkie, you might find a sliver of entertainment value in Arrival, assuming you love fighting solo and don't give a hoot about the story arc.- Video Game Talk

Sloppy and muddy controls, a broken aiming mechanism combined with a couple of characters who you’ll never really care for at any point make for a dull and tedious gaming experience. Compound that with the shoddy squad mechanics, lack of online co-op, and a seemingly broken online experience doesn’t make the game sound appealing in the slightest.- Video Game Talk

I hate to break it to fans of the sport but NASCAR 09 is not the be-all and end-all video game experience. This year's edition is decent but it doesn't stand out in any way and it doesn't really raise the bar of expectations.- Video Game Talk

If Heavy Weapon feels like an online Flash Game at any time, you’ll be happy to know that it basically is. There’s fun to be had here for sure, but it’s not the same type of fun that you get from a long epic story.- Video Game Talk

Even though this DLC pack as slightly shorter than Dead Money, it definitely felt more satisfying to complete. It also feels more polished than Dead Money and I definitely ran into less bugs during gameplay.- Video Game Talk

Speedball 2: Brutal Deluxe used to be fun, but time has not been kind. Despite a variety of new gameplay options, this Xbox Live Arcade entry is not worth a second glance, due to poor controls, graphics, and sound.- Video Game Talk

I'm not sure that this release really deserves the price sticker attached to it because it's mainly just an upgrade but it's still a decent experience just the same.- Video Game Talk

nail'd is often a frustrating game to play due to the problematic physics engine. It also doesn't convey much of a personality as an arcade racer; applying a dated presentation to lackluster arcade racing doesn't make for a tremendous experience.- Video Game Talk

Though there's not much more to this release than the 25 classics and nine previously-available XBLA games, and the presentation isn't nearly as clean as it could be (likely because of technical requirements for the online play) there's a lot of fun to be had with these games, and with the XBLA games running five bucks a pop, this collection is a genuine bargain (if you like the XBLA games, that is.)- Video Game Talk

One of the biggest problems with the game is its length, clocking in at about 4 to 6 hours depending on your difficulty preferences. Mix that with a minimalistic multiplayer mode and we have a recipe for a weekend rental rather than a purchase, even though the fact paced action and naturally entertaining story are worth a playthrough for any true fan of Bond. I really enjoyed the ride while it lasted, but anyone that shells out full MSRP is going to feel jilted after the credits roll.- Video Game Talk

There are elements of Monsters vs. Aliens that could be part of a really enjoyable game, but they are served up over and over again, and with an nonadjustable level of difficulty that's too easy for anyone who's graduated middle school, before becoming too difficult for the kids enjoying it.- Video Game Talk

For all that's good about this game, the way the content is locked down and cut down (from the previous version) hurts the end product, and the unique pricing structure makes it all too easy to be cynical about it all. That said, if you want to enjoy good motocross racing (and especially if you're a fan of the sport) this is probably your best bet. At the least, it's a relatively cheap option.- Video Game Talk

One Single Life is a head scratcher for sure. On one hand, the quality of the presentation and the general flow / control of the game is top notch. On the other hand, it's a useless app once you die a single time.- Video Game Talk

As a first try out of the gate for Eutechnyx, NASCAR 2011: The Game holds up moderately well. That being said, they will need to work on building a more in-depth career mode and a much smoother multiplayer experience if they really want the franchise to take off next year.- Video Game Talk

Unfortunately, with an unstable online community, it loses the majority of its selling power. Heap on top of that, a thin plot that gives up shortly after takeoff, graphics more haggard than London after a blitz, and some occasionally frustrating controls, and a recommendation can’t be given with a clear conscience.- Video Game Talk

In terms of technical performance, this game is fairly solid. But you aren't getting the simulation style gameplay found in the Skate series or even the all-arcade style of the Tony Hawk series.- Video Game Talk

”Avatar: The Game” isn’t one of those rare fantastic tie-ins, but is by no means as haphazard as “Enter the Matrix” or as detached as “Lost: Via Domus.” It’s ultimately an average game due to a fairly solid, cookie cutter campaign and impressive audio/visual presentation.- Video Game Talk
