If you're a series fan who simply wants more then Disgaea 6: Defiance of Destiny is sure to delight with its charming game world, solid sense of humour, and familiar battle system. With that being said, I can't help but wish it did more to make it stand out in the genre.

Legend of Mana is a beautiful game that anyone who appreciates creative gaming experiences will absolutely love. Those who prefer more structured adventures may be put off by it but there's no denying just how gorgeous of a game it is on nearly every level.

As one of the better Olympic Video Games, Tokyo 2020 provides a lot of fun whether you prefer playing solo, with a friend, or with folks online. Also, not all of its events may be gold medal worthy but its charming presentation certainly is.

If you're thirsty for more Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity then Pulse of the Ancients certainly has enough content for you to enjoy. Plus, the new character and weapon types are definitely cool but I wish that the actual missions had more substance.

With its frantic new modes and spot-on gameplay, playing Mario Golf: Super Rush is the most amount of fun I've had with a sports game in a very long time. Throw in that iconic Nintendo charm and comprehensive multiplayer and you're left with a hole-in-one.

Scarlet Nexus is an intriguing new IP that definitely shows promise for a potential sequel so if you enjoy anime-infused action RPGs then you likely won't regret slaying the many gnarly mutants within its unique futuristic game world.

Lego Builder's Journey presents a challenging and attractive puzzler that you'll keep coming back to although you won't be at it long as it'll be over well before you'd hope it would be. Plus, it lacks replay value and hints to help with the more unintuitive puzzles.

Alex Kidd in Miracle World DX is a faithful recreation of a classic Master System game. With that in mind, I would have much preferred an unfaithful recreation because Alex Kidd in Miracle World isn't exactly a shining example of an old-school 2D platformer.

Despite its flaws, Mass Effect Legendary Edition acts a great excuse for long-time fans to revisit the franchise as well as a solid place for newcomers to dive in. You'll laugh, cheer, cry, and have a great time. Older design and narrative problems remain and this remaster could have worked out the bugs more but you'll still be blown away by everything that Mass Effect Legendary Edition has to offer.

I'm stoked that Mushihimesama is at long last available on console in the west as it's one hell of a great shoot 'em up. Here's hoping this means that the superior sequel Mushihimesama Futari will be on its way to Switch in the near future.

Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade is the best way to experience the monumental ARPG and its Episode Intermission is a top-notch piece of DLC that's much more riveting than I was anticipating. I recommend it to anyone who's even remotely interested.
