The remastered version of one of the best games of recent years offers the same masterpiece of action and storytelling with some technical improvements and interesting extras, such as the director's commentary, the discarded levels, and the addictive and excellent mode No Return. Graphically it is incredible, but the leap from PS4 is small. Some punctual problems in the rhythm and development of the main adventure.- Vandal

A fantastic metroidvania that, in terms of gameplay, does almost everything masterfully and marks the triumphant return of one of the most legendary video game sagas. It has exquisite controls, outstanding level design, incredibly rewarding platforming sections, a very fun combat system with a very varied bestiary and memorable bosses, and a generous amount of content. Its story and narrative leave something to be desired, graphically it is not very impressive and it does not escape some programming errors, but if you like the genre and missed this mythical saga, here you have a great game with which to start the year in the best possible way.- Vandal

Artefacts Studio delivers an entertaining dungeon management game that mixes humor, satire, and classic management elements, but lacks challenge and depth in the long run. It is a fun and attractive game for fans of the genre who are looking for a relaxed and pleasant time, but not for those who seek a demanding and lasting experience.- Vandal

A brilliant city-building and management game with a roguelite structure that makes every defeat a lesson for the next game. Essential for fans of the genre, even if it takes a while to understand all its systems and has a somewhat generic presentation.- Vandal

Square Enix brings us a spin-off of Dragon Quest that reminds us of Pokémon, but with its own style and mechanics, such as monster fusion and seasonal changes. The exploration and the variety of maps are its strong points, but it suffers from technical issues, such as framerate drops and pop-in, and a lack of originality in some of the monster designs.- Vandal

A detective adventure with puzzles and forensic tests that offers an entertaining but predictable mystery, with a short duration and a low production value. It has a good base for a detective game, but its limitations prevent its strengths from shining more, and you can complete it in very little time if you have experience in the genre.- Vandal

The sequel to the house renovation simulator offers more varied, compact and deep gameplay that goes beyond mere simulation, aiming for an improved experience that can appeal to different audiences. It features new mechanics that expand the good base of the first game, humorous challenges that are more than just a simple simulator, and several layers of gameplay that can be adapted to multiple audiences. However, it lacks the graphical improvement and the amount of content that the first game received over the years.- Vandal

Sociable Soccer 24 is a mobile game adapted to PC that tries to revive the spirit of arcade soccer games, but falls short in gameplay, graphics, and variety. It has some positive aspects, such as the FIFPro licenses, the player crafting system, and the challenge mode, but it is not enough to compete with other soccer simulators.- Vandal

Ready or Not is a realistic and tactical first-person shooter that challenges us to face dangerous situations as a SWAT team, with a good variety of levels, weapons, and gadgets, but also with some flaws in the enemy AI, the single-player Commander mode, and the technical performance.- Vandal

TEVI is a challenging metroidvania game full of magic, humor and rhetoric that will make you forget about the clock and get completely immersed in the world of Az1. It has a modern pixel art design, a selection of difficulty levels, and a gameplay and level design that go hand in hand at all times. However, it lacks subtitles in more languages and some areas are not very clear to explore.- Vandal

A modest cooperative action game that reinvents the legend of Robin Hood with a steampunk twist, offering some fun moments with friends and a decent graphical aspect for a small production, but also suffering from a lack of originality, content, and artificial intelligence, as well as being overshadowed by many better alternatives in the genre.- Vandal

Arc System Works delivers a great update and expansion of the original Granblue Fantasy Versus, a fun and spectacular fighting game that is more complete than its predecessor, with more characters, modes, and features. It offers an accessible gameplay for newcomers and veterans alike, with a rollback netcode and a cross-play feature that enhance the online experience. However, the novelties are not drastic and it should have an option to upgrade from Granblue Fantasy Versus.- Vandal

Slay the Princess is a visual novel that surprises with its story and execution, giving us freedom to choose our path and subtly guiding us towards one of its multiple endings. It deals with philosophical and metaphysical themes that may appeal more or less, but the execution is fantastic, and keeps us hooked until the end.- Vandal

A fun and straightforward action and horror adventure in virtual reality, that improves the formula of the original without revolutionary changes, and introduces a canine companion that adds interaction and immersion. It tries to be varied but does not succeed, and it has some minor technical issues, especially with motion detection. Ideal if you are looking for simple and direct shooting and a bit of horror.- Vandal

Yu Suzuki brings to consoles and PC his latest game, released on Apple Arcade: a rail shooter that reminds of Space Harrier, with a simple and entertaining gameplay, but also very basic and repetitive, without any fresh ideas. The presentation has personality, but it can also look amateurish and mismatched, and the music does not fit the genre.- Vandal

Nexus brings key elements of Assassin's Creed to a structured virtual reality adventure featuring Ezio, Kassandra, and Connor, offering visually surprising experiences on the Quest platform, yet hindered by control imprecision, particularly in parkour and combat, with a storyline serving as a pretext for revisiting historical periods in the saga, and a wealth of mechanics but lacking depth.- Vandal

Despite capturing the artistic style of Mike Mignola's comics and featuring the charisma of Hellboy, this roguelite falls short with an extremely simple combat system, lack of variety in situations, enemies, and strategic possibilities, along with a scarcity of content and somewhat clunky controls, ultimately failing to do justice to Mignola's masterpiece.- Vandal

A title that pleasantly surprised us with its well-executed homage to classic Resident Evil, introducing new elements seamlessly, and resolving combat exceptionally well. While some designed-to-kill moments may be bothersome and the lack of translation is a drawback, we recommend it to those seeking an experience akin to classic Resident Evil with some changes and a more condensed format.- Vandal

A wild and unclassifiable adventure, this game combines rhythm, puzzles, and cooperative action to constantly surprise with new ideas and a spectacular soundtrack, offering highly varied stages that are particularly enjoyable in cooperative mode; however, some mechanics or their combination may not be entirely convincing, and playing solo can be frustrating, made a bit worse by the inability to skip conversations when replaying stages.- Vandal

With innovative, demanding, and rewarding combat, 'Worldless' appeals to those who enjoy dense games requiring skill, set in a visually attractive space, though it falls short in classic and somewhat unrefined exploration and platforming elements. However, the game can be unclear, struggling to convey information and empathize with the player.- Vandal

Action roguelike enthusiasts should give this title a chance, as it offers a highly enjoyable and addictive formula with deep and customizable combat, meticulous attention to audiovisual and narrative aspects. However, the initial hours of gameplay might be confusing, and the absence of Spanish language support despite a rich narrative could be a drawback.- Vandal

A sequel that improves upon the first Slap Them All!, featuring perfect graphics for the franchise, a good soundtrack, enhanced fun in cooperative play with better balance than the original, but falls short in gameplay depth compared to genre leaders, lacks replayability incentives in the scoring system, and once again lacks online multiplayer, leaving room for a more ambitious installment in terms of gameplay, modes, and online features.- Vandal
