Good production values, and the new game modes make it appealing and if you have a friend nearby with an iPhone or iPod Touch this is a good way to settle who is the best commander.

BioArmy doesn't bring many new ideas to the table, but instead the focus is on game life and challenge. If you don't like tower defense games this won't change your opinion. If you on the other hand are a tower defense fan who like set path maps you will definitely enjoy Bio Army.

Black Matter is a really fun game with intense gameplay for the first 15 minutes of a new game. Then it starts playing itself, and it becomes as fun as watching weapons blasting enemies by themselves on a small screen. Not too fun.

A frantic local multiplayer game that is really fun against a friend, or future foe.

The gameplay found in Incredible Express HD is nothing revolutionary, but it is quite fun. It is a light-hearted take on simulation games for a touch interface, and a crowd used to time management games. The stale presentation, at times imprecise controls, and awful soundtrack are the clear weak points.

If you are into match three games it is a must buy. It is also recommended to most casual gamers.

Finger Shoes is a simple and highly approachable concept. It has fun and funky graphics, and an annoying but catchy soundtrack. However, like Forest Gump running across the US, it needs to do a little soul searching before it can refine itself and become a must-have casual game.

Battle Bears Blast is a blast to play, and manages to fill a void in the market with a casual shooter gameplay.

Fun and simple gameplay, meets generic graphics and horrible music in Heli-Awesome! OpenFeint and Game Center integration is great, but with the ability to IAP your way to greatness it means the scoreboards can't be trusted as an accurate gauge to your high flying skills.

Where the multiplayer excels, the single player lets the game down. Too few game modes, and simply not that fun AI makes it lacklustre at best playing the soccer mode. Penalty shootout is decent in single player, and can be fun in short sessions.

A game that is just as much about going into the menu to restart a level, as it is actually slicing shapes.

The big stuff is all in place, with AI that's up to a challenge and online multiplayer that's made even better with video chat.

Comes highly recommended, as an abstract shooter that is both intense and beautiful.

A polished entry in the time management genre. If you loved the first two it is a natural step to get the third as well. If you are new to the franchise the third is a good place to start.

There are too many better games in the same genre at minimal prices already.

The only redeeming factor to Fix-it-up is the fact that you get quite a lot of gamelife out of it. That is if you care to stick around with a game that barely scratches on the surface of the time management genre. Sad, as I really like the setting.

When all is said and done, it really is just another bug squashing game - albeit a very polished one - and it's a bit late to the party.

The gameplay is solid even though it takes a while to "forget" about the lack of octagons. The customization of mechs is cool, but could be much deeper and flexible. Presentation is a bit basic, but it works quite well. The lack of online multiplayer is also something worth noting.

The fact that the controls don't work as well as they have too is also a big drawback. Paired with a boring set of menus, and the story told in text bring the final rating down. FlyMe2theMoon reaches for the stars, but stumbles and falls somewhere in the treetops.

Ferry Up is a cool little casual game for the iPad that challenges your ability to navigate a ferry with the agility of a fridge. It is fun for a game or two, but then it gets too repetitive.

Monsieur Monsieur makes something fresh from the Angry Birds formula, and combines it with a platforming experience. It is quite shallow at the moment with only a bit of collecting to do. Still it is fun, and easy to get into.

I got hooked really badly to Solitaire Kingdom Supreme, and it is easy to spend hours unlocking Kingdom Cards and stars.

A hard game with a demanding time limit to each room. To a small audience this will be a perfect pace, but for the most of us it gets frustrating replaying the same room over and over.

Descend can be seen as a rather expensive tech demo of how the graphics could look in a 3d turn based RPG. The game is not there at all. I can't recommend this half-baked game to anyone but those who are interested in the graphics. The game lacks nerve, action and purpose.

Ocarbot is a hard game, and it will not appeal to everyone. To those who want a really challenging puzzler with a lot of personality you can't go wrong with Ocarbot.

Eve of Impact is a great looking view of a bleak future for mankind where the universe is falling apart. Sadly the game is quite shallow with only one survival game mode, no online leaderboards or achievements. To me this is a shame, as the gameplay in itself infuses new life in the classic Missile Command formula.

King Cashing is a great way to spend time, and it can be really exciting at the end of battles. At times the fact that it is a slot machine shines through, and then it feels all random and no skill.

There isn't anything exciting, and very little that's interesting about Awake - Horror At Point Thatcher. It presents itself as a huge mystery waiting to be solved, and there probably is a decent one in there somewhere, but unless triangular hat wearing factory workers are your thing, it doesn't offer any compelling reason to find it.

Patchworld is a great looking casual shape cutter that is a bit too easy for adults, and therefore more suited for children age four to ten. It is a shame since the world created in the game is really cool.

It is hard not to enjoy Penny Parlor, and the old school gameplay it presents. It is worth getting for the baseball, and football games alone. It might not last forever, but it is one of those perfect little casual games for the short break, or when out walking.
