While it certainly becomes challenging as you progress, it's much more forgiving than games like Doodle Jump, and leans a bit more on the casual side of the genre. It's nothing amazing, but it's one of the better games I've seen from "one-man" developer teams on the App Store, and is certainly worth a buck to get some quick entertainment while you're out and about.

If it is hard to execute a solution because of cruddy physics it is easy to loose interest. The poor presentation, and lack of online functionality hurt it further.

Pixel Pig is a nice casual game that works well for both the five minute break, and the two hour train ride. It lacks slightly in presentation, and music but makes up for it in playability.

In short bursts it is quite fun, but playing more than a level or two quickly turns the formula into a tedious exercise in memory. At a buck it is an ok investment, but don`t expect it to hook you as other line drawing games tend to do.

For fans of the comic, and other comics published by Kickstart Production it is worth getting, but for us others it is just another quick casual action fix.

What Monsterball B has is instant playability, and a tendency to hook the player to give it one more go. The lack of content and middle of the road presentation hurt it quite a lot.

Puzzle Planets does not manage to create a coherent gaming experience, and it fails to hook me.

The idea behind it is splendid, but the execution isn't good enough. The Raging Dead is a frustrating experience for me.

If you enjoyed the first game definitely pick up the sequel. If you are new to room escape games get iEscaper! –Escape from the Ninja's Lair- first.

Although there isn't really a storyline to follow, and all you do is fly around and kill aircraft all the time, it is definitely on of those kinds of simple games that you can just pick up and play in case you need some time to kill.

Overall a sub par shooter that doesn't offer enough to leave any lasting impression, and is doomed to gathering dust on the AppStore.

The story is quite thin, and so is the writing.

Cho Cho Steam Trains combines a quick, and fun arcade puzzle experience with sub par presentation in both the graphics, and sound departments.

No matter which device you have it is a fun, polished game experience that comes highly recommended.

The quirky control issues, lack of game life after all upgrades have been bought and the lack of cool sound effects limit the appeal of the game. Still it is worth getting if you need a game for a two hour train ride, but don't expect to play it on the return trip.

The game is too slow, easy, boring and the shock factor of killing coyotes that actually look like cute cats goes all missing. These are minutes of my life I will never get back, and I hope I save you both time and money with this review.

Dragons' Den is a real flop, and all I can say is avoid it. It is the worst game I have had the misfortune to test, and sadly it is universal and has soiled both my iPhone and my iPad. This is ludicrous, and I am out.

Shot Shot Shoot is the game to whip out on the table when you have friends around. It is good fun, easy to learn and controls well.

Fails as both a logical puzzle, and as a time management game. The gameplay is not fun, and too often Karma just stands around waiting for customers to pay up. A poor presentation, lack of online functionality, achievements and a general lack of polish makes it an easy game to dismiss.

Feels quite unpolished due to the lack of online features, limited character development and lacklustre music. It does however pose a great challenge to physics game fans, and unlike games like Angry Birds luck is not a big factor in Bug Chucker.

I have had a great relaxing time playing Haunted Manor – Lord of Mirrors. It is polished, has great puzzles and a nice pace to the narrative.

Altered Beast is one of the most playable beat ´em ups of the era. Some aspects of the port spoils the experience, and the presentation feels old.

The entire game feels unpolished, and made as a quick cash-in on the popular show. I am a huge fan, and I had to force myself to complete a long race once.

Angela's World is a nifty survival game that lets you run in circles. It might not sound like a whole lot of fun, but it really is.

Arcade Solitaire: TriTowers is a great time waster that takes the already addictive solitaire into arcade territory.

Likely the most relevant thing I can impart about Arroic is that I was immediately disappointed by the game's failure to reach its obvious potential.

Artillery Brigade is an arcade gallery shooter that is truly intense when it gets going. A subpar presentation, strange setting and even weirder story make it less appealing to recommend. It also shows exactly how not to integrate achievements.

Ascendancy is a true classic turn based strategy game.
