Otherwise it’s classic arcade stuff – fast, addictive and easy to get into.

While Arcane Legends may feel like a small step back for the franchise in spite of it's positive and innovative elements, it's still fun and provides one of the best mobile MMORPG experiences you can find on Android or iOS.

You don't know Jack is the most fun trivia game I have played on any console or computer.

Death Rally is still a fantastic game. The only major problem I had that I already knew about was the lack of multiplayer. Apart from that, the game is solid.

Epoch's visuals and gameplay mechanics are it's shining force, easily making it one of the most desirable games on the app store at this moment in time for all you graphic lovers. If story doesn't interest you and you're a fan of cover based gameplay, although repetitive, Epoch is indeed the reigning champion.

It doesn't exactly break any new ground, but it takes the best of the old and repackages it for a new generation.

The Horrible Vikings is a casual game gone adventure, and it really works.

An equally fun, as frustrating puzzle platformer.

All in all the game is pretty easy to grab and play for a while but it is definitely hard to master. It is still pretty short though; I beat it in like two hours or so, on normal difficulty.

I have had a fun and frustrating time with Isaac Newton's Gravity. Sadly the frustration has come from clunky controls more than from the challenges presented.

Monkey Slam is a cute brick breaker that has all the strengths, and flaws of the genre. It might be better suited for a younger crowd than us old timers that have been breaking bricks for almost thirty years.

Sure, there is a sense of random luck to the whole thing, and at times you look like a crazy person flicking at your iPad. But, in a way, that is its charm.

I wish someone would figure a way to make a truly great full fledged hockey game for mobile, but for now this will hold many of us hockey fans over. If you like hockey (of the ice variety), then I would advise checking this game out.

If you are in the mood for some interesting and fun point and click adventuring Scarlett and the Spark of Life is definitely recommended. It won' t last you more than an evening though.

Not only is Extraction: Project Outbreak rewarding but it brings a terrific control scheme to a well paced action game on the iPad that simply works without having onscreen buttons cluttering your view.

I am truly surprised, and actually really glad that Sega has made Sonic Jump a proper standalone game well worth it for both fans, and non-fans of Sonic the Hedgehog.

I really enjoyed playing NFL Rivals, and the setting makes it much more enjoyable than the predecessors. It is the same gameplay, but injected with real teams and a global competition.

Touchgrind BMX does improve on the series for the most part, but in other areas, such as the lack of free roam, it seems to be taking a big step back. As it stands now it will delight and frustrate gamers in equal measure.

So hey, it's not original, but it's executed well enough to keep you bashing…if you know what I mean.

All in all the game will probably satisfy the all-time Sim City fans out there; but if you are a new comer, like me, I would suggest you start learning how to play it somewhere else, or you get a friend to explain it to you, because $6.99 might be a lot to waste on something you might never get the hang off.

As a spinoff from Reckless Racing I couldn't help but hope for more, taking what was good in that game and creating something truly great. In that respect it simply can't compete.

Yes it borrows heavily from both Animal Crossing and Harvest Moon, but not only does it scratch an itch for that kind of game on the Appstore, it does the job equally as well, and in many instances it does them better.

The game is fun overall. There is no real doubt about it, but to me it got a little bit repetitive and tedious after a little while.

At a buck Solomon's Keep might be an interesting diversion for the dual stick shooter and dungeon crawler fan. Technical issues, short game life, and strange design choices makes it less appealing to the casual gamer.

Oh! Edo Town is still a nice game to spend a couple of hours with, but compared to the other Kairosoft titles I place it in the bottom segment. Too random, too self-running and the first title that actually feels tired of using the same formula.
