    Yes it borrows heavily from both Animal Crossing and Harvest Moon, but not only does it scratch an itch for that kind of game on the Appstore, it does the job equally as well, and in many instances it does them better.

    Trigger-happy types are unlikely to find their appetite for destruction sated by this relatively laid-back farming adventure, but everyone else will find it a fertile furrow to plough.

    A great, yet flawed, addition to the farming style games available on the market. If you find that games such as Farmville, Animal Crossing, and Harvest Moon are your cup of tea, then Astro Ranch is a definite purchase.

    If five-eyed spickens (space chickens) and a fun personality are something you feel have been missing from other farming games, Astro Ranch is worth a try.

    As farming simulators on the iphone go, this is a very good entry and worth the money if you're a fan of the genre.
