There is a lot of potential in the idea alone, so if GameLab can deliver the second episode and the arena mode before upping the price, they might have something truly interesting on their hands as long as they're not scared to make the puzzles a bit more challenging and the shooting parts a bit more sparse.

Aside from the lack of multiplayer or A.I., this game has room for improvement. I ran into severe performance issues on a couple tracks, seriously limiting my ability to race on them. I also ran out of new parts much too quickly. The customization is the coolest part of this game, so Fabrication Games should have gone nuts with it.

A sharp little simulation game packed with depth and, oddly enough, a little emotion.

Push-Cars' stylized maps add a lot of charm. You get a sense of looking down at the actual cities, but they fit in nicely with the game's cartoonish art.

The highly anticipated online multiplayer isn't quite up to par technically, but it can still provide some pretty entertaining moments.

If you like puzzle games, you need to give Blockoban a shot. If you're a developer, it's also worth a peek to see a really great implementation of a free to paid in-game microtransaction system.

The graphics in Blades of Fury are great, and the ten different levels in the game are equally awesome.

If you're able to overlook its flaws, Bird Strike is a ton of fun.

We've only spent a short amount of time with the game so far, but we've found it to be a fun and well executed time management game.

For most people, the game is a really enjoyable pick-up-and-play little app that will likely give those who download it something to do for a long time.

If you're anything like me, the thrill of fighting off waves of aquatic-robot monsters with a well armed half-spider, half-velociraptor Araknasaur makes Velocispider an easy buy. Fortunately, it's also a challenging arcade game that will keep you scrabbling for a high score.

Burn it All is an easy recommendation, especially if you liked Burn the Rope. Similarly, if you download and enjoy Burn it All, you'll ned to give Burn the Rope a try.

With a few tweaks, Vampire Rush could easily be the best action tower defense game in the App Store. As it stands now, it's still a solid and enjoyable first effort that's worth checking out, just be prepared to deal with more than a few frustrating moments.

A quintessential Korean action RPG. It has a lot of grinding, mixed with a decent storyline, and great sprite-based graphics.

It will take a ridiculous amount of grinding in order to get all of the content in the game, but thankfully the game is fun so I'll be playing it a lot anyway.

Piclings is still a lot of fun based solely on the ability to create your own levels. This novelty alone means I'll be playing the game for a good long while until I run out of funny ideas for levels.

I love its assortment of mechanics and systems most of all - they're tuned for guys like me who want more and don't want to be beaten over the head for small errors. But I can also get behind its multitudes of levels, it's super bright and colorful look, and its unique enemies that do provide a level of thought, strategy, and creativity on the battlefield.
